The bug resulted in patients who had a new regimen written label as inactive. Patient was not lost but only could be seen on patient list if all patient button selected. Problem has been fixed.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;We added new features:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prior and current dose modifications can be viewed on screen by clicking "show dose mods" button. Button is not visible if there is/are no dose modifications to be regimen.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Selecting "Clear Dose Adjustment Reasons" removes all prior information on dose modifications.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;We have added PDM (&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;arenteral &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;rug &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;M&lt;/span&gt;anual) Info feature. Select the drug name hold Ctrl-key and left click.
